Pistol Classes

This class is for beginners. It is a friendly, relaxed environment. If you have recently purchased a pistol or are thinking about buying one, this is your class. Cost is $220 per person.

YOU WILL GET A CERTIFICATE

• How to load / unload
• Concealed Carry topics
• WA Laws
• Home Security Topics
• Personal Security Topics
• Pistol maintenance
• Live fire range time
• Q&A Time
• Approximately 5 hours

Equipment required:

Bring a lunch/snacks and water

100 rounds of ammunition for your firearm

-OR-

If you do not have a pistol, please bring 100 rounds of 9mm ammunition and you can use one of ours. (Ammo can be purchased at Lakewood Shooting Range)

No open toed shoes or low cut shirts (hot brass hazard)

This is NOT a beginner class. It is the next step up from Basic Pistol.

We focus on self defense with a pistol inside 50 yards. If you cannot demonstrate safe firearms handling skills, you will not be allowed to shoot and will not receive a refund. You must have your own pistol and holster (NO Serpa style or cheap cloth holsters. They are not safe). Wear your normal, every day clothes that you carry in. There are no stores nearby, except a gas station a few miles away. This class is outdoors, but there is a covered area. Cost is $280 per person.

Quality handgun

Quality Holster

(NO Serpa style or cheap nylon holsters)

Minimum 2 magazines

300 rounds of ammunition

Knee pads

Parts / batteries for your pistol / optic

Magazine pouch(es)
